Responsible for gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and equipment requirements, and setting up production methods. Will create a 3D model of products in modeling software to create models from scratch and update existing models. Create models in CAD, help design new products, create standard models and edit any changes based on customer preferences, including specifying correct dimensions and material.

Qualifications, experience, and skills


· High school diploma or equal (GED)

· A minimum of 3-5 years AutoCad and Revit experience…HR also mentioned Pipefitter software

· Proven work experience as a drafter for plumbing and/or mechanical HAC applications is REQUIRED

· Excellent leadership skills and ability to set deadlines and expectations

· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail

· Ability to foster and engaged and collaborative work environment

· Highly organized with proven time-management and prioritization skills

· Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office and Outlook

· Basic math skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Good organizational and time management skills

· The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy

· Ability to pass a pre-employment background, criminal, and drug screening.
