Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Collaborate with experienced process engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency.   

  • Assist in the analysis of production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.   

  • Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving initiatives to address operational challenges.   

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures and protocols to enhance productivity and product quality.   

  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with various departments to support continuous improvement efforts.   

Qualifications:   

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or related field.   

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.   

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.   

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.   

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software.   

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.   

  • Familiarity with process optimization techniques and manufacturing principles is preferred.
