About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Admin to join our team at Bath Flip in Londonderry, NH. As an Office Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing exceptional customer service, and providing administrative support to the team.

Part- time: Mon - Fri: 9am - 3pm. Some weekend coverage.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones, customer questions and attentive to follow-up
  • Data entry, customer and job notes
  • Scheduling jobs and service
  • Review contracts and job scope with customers
  • Payment and confirmation calls
  • Pulling permits and coordinating site inspections
  • Assisting with basic office and bookkeeping tasks
  • Some nights and weekends
Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
