Who We Are:

EmpiRx Health is growing rapidly, and we're looking for an experienced Vice President of HR to join our team. In this key role, you'll shape and execute our human resources strategy while managing a team of professionals. What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies with senior leadership to align with company goals.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead process improvements and system implementations to enhance HR functions.
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee and improve performance evaluation and management systems.
  • Create and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Establish career growth frameworks with senior leadership.
  • Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Draft and maintain HR policies that support business objectives and employee well-being.
  • Advise employees and managers on HR-related issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Develop strategies to boost employee engagement and retention.
  • Track HR metrics and use data to drive improvements.
  • Manage HR budget, vendors, and systems.
  • Improve HR processes for efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage company-wide communications, including surveys and events.
  • Oversee facilities and office locations.

What You Need:
  • 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Experience managing and developing teams.
  • Proven track record in HR strategy and process development for high-growth businesses.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
