Job Summary:
Frank Kent Cadillac is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a GM Certified Tech. This is a full-time position in the Auto industry, located in Arlington, Texas. As a GM Certified Tech, you will be responsible for performing advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, specializing in GM brand vehicles. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality service and support.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary in the Auto industry and will be determined based on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and repairs on GM brand vehicles
- Use specialized diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Provide accurate and detailed service recommendations and estimates to customers
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet productivity and quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and certification programs
- Keep accurate records of all repairs, parts used, and time spent on each task
- Communicate with Service Advisors and customers regarding the status of repairs and estimated completion times
- Adhere to dealership policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- GM Certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a GM Certified Technician
- Expert knowledge of automotive systems and repairs, specifically GM brand vehicles
- Ability to use specialized diagnostic equipment and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
