We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual capable of working with a team of environmental professionals and certified to perform asbestos/lead-based paint surveys and assessments, provide abatement monitoring/oversight and air monitoring.The ideal candidate will meet all of the minimum requirements listed below.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience;
Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field is a plus;years of work experience or military service could be substituted for the degree;
State of Missouri certifications for Asbestos Inspector and Lead Risk Assessor are required,Asbestos Supervisor and NIOSH Air Monitoring certifications are a plus;
Self-motivated, able to work independently, complete scheduled tasks, and/or lead a project team;
Proficiency in computer software programs, particularly MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat;
Ability to pass an annual physical examination and physician written opinion in compliance with OSHA regulations to wear and work wearing respiratory protection.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs;
Ability to travel;
