Education requirements: Some college in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field preferred and/or one year experience in Human Resources or recruiting in behavioral health agency or non-profit.
Some of the tasks of the Recruiter include:
- Collaborate with Managers to identify talent needs, job specifications, and skills. Assist Managers in creating job requisitions through ADP.
- Receive and review applications with hiring Manager, screen candidates, set up interviews
- Interviews candidates as needed
- Source qualified candidates and build talent pool
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Extend employment offers
- Coordinates Onboarding and schedules New Employee Orientation
- Completes background checks and references checks as needed
- Resume tracking
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local employment laws, and company policies
Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving skills. Be able to work independently and have the ability to travel locally to job fairs and events.
