We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant with phlebotomy expertise to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of helping clients look and feel their best.


As a Medical Assistant at Gambhir Cosmetic Medicine, you will play a vital role in supporting our medical staff and ensuring smooth operations along with providing clinical care in the form of peels, radiofrequency and microneedling treatments. You will assist in both administrative and clinical tasks, providing crucial support to our professionals and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Your commitment to sterile practices will be essential in delivering safe and effective care to our patients. 


Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $22 - $30
Compensation:

$22 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare them for procedures and perform consultations
  • Assist healthcare providers during cosmetic procedures.
  • With training, perform chemical peels, Thermage, and micro-needling.
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and adherence to sterile techniques.
  • Prepare and administer medications as directed.
  • Conduct patient education on pre and post-procedure care instructions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and clinic areas, including proper disposal of biohazardous materials.
  • Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a medical setting, with expertise in phlebotomy preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients.
  • Commitment to maintaining sterile practices and adherence to infection control protocols.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
