We currently have an opportunity for a Concrete Batch Plant Loader Operator/Ground Maintenance individual to support our business in Big Sky, MT.  This position will be responsible for feeding the batch plant with materials and when not needed in the loader will be responsible for the general up keep of the yard and assisting in other tasks as needed. This is a fast paced work environment so a successful candidate would be able to prioritize based on the business needs.

 

Key Functions

  • Keep the plant loaded with the appropriate materials
  • Perform routine inspections on equipment and report any defects
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the Batch Plant area while waiting for other operating duties
  • Observe any mechanical or safety failures and report it immediately
  • Clearly communicate with management and drivers to promote efficiency and proactively solve problems
  • Must adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset

 

Qualifications

  • Prior Loader Operating experience required
  • Valid Class A CDL Driver’s License is strongly preferred but not required

Compensation

  • Hourly rate of pay based on experience
  • Medical Insurance
    • Year 1 – Employer covers 80% of total (family) premiums
    • Years 2 & 3 – Employer covers 90% of total (family) premiums
    • Years 4 or more - Employer covers 100% of total (family) premiums
