The Role.
We are seeking a Product Designer who is creative and brings significant experience in designing consumer products. You will join a small, innovative team and lead efforts to shape user experiences, drive design evolution, and support our vision for a future where Grass is integral to the internet's evolution.
Who You Are.
- Strong proficiency in core graphic design software.
- Experience in motion graphics is highly regarded.
- Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

What You'll Be Doing.
- Establish and maintain Grass's creative vision, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand image across all touch points.
- Working directly with leadership on the earliest stages of the product development process, such asuser research, product ideation, and project planning
- Work collaboratively with teams across Product, Marketing, Communications, and other departments to deliver high-impact brand materials and assets.
- Oversee the design process, from brainstorming sessions and sketches to the final delivery of assets, ensuring all designs align with Grass's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Work within our existing design system to ensure all outputs are consistent and aligned with established standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and tools, incorporating innovative design practices and technologies to keep Grass's visual content fresh and cutting-edge.
