Job Duties:

  • Responsible for managing and supervising work performed by material coordinators including but not limited to time and attendance, safety training and oversite, assigning work tasks, customer and HQ interface, documentation and reporting.
  • Serves as the principal facilitator of business activities between the Government and the
  • Serve as the Contractor’s onsite representative responsible for ensuring contractual services (such as operation of forklifts, labor and transportation services) and quality assurance/control measures are executed successfully.
  • Staging and Preparation: The Supply Technician shall coordinate with the
    Property Specialist, to understand the specific requirements for each training session and
    ensure that all necessary items are properly staged.
  • General Warehouse Duties: The Supply Technician shall collaborate with cross-functional
    teams, such as the COR, the training team, and maintenance team, to ensure efficient
    operations and effective communication.

Education and Experience:

  • Shall have a minimum of four years’ (4) experience working in supply management, inventory management, storage management, cataloging, ordering and receiving all classes of supplies, experience in supply program inspections, requisitioning and receiving parts, property utilization related to field level maintenance, local supply activities using Army automated logistical systems (GCSS-A or other DoD equivalent), work order management, and administrative tasks ( drafting memorandums).
