Vending Equipment Technician

Allen Beverages, Inc. is seeking a skilled Vending Mechanic to join our team. As a Vending Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing cold drink equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair all Pepsi-Cola cold drink equipment to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
- Perform preventative and quality maintenance checks, as well as maintain various records and reports.
- Diagnose and repair fountain, vending, and all other dispensing equipment at Pepsi accounts.
- Maneuver equipment to perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment, including preventative maintenance.
- Keep all refrigeration equipment in proper operating condition.
- Provide excellent service to all customers.
- Service equipment in accordance with company and federal standards.
- Manage all instruments (tools, supplies, keys, etc.) necessary for the job.
- Ensure vehicle has appropriate levels of parts inventory.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Requirements:
- Excellent driving record and a valid driver's license.
- Refrigeration/HVAC/Electric Trade or Vocational certification preferred, with more than one year of related experience preferred.
- Experience as a field technician is ideal.
- Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting experience is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to move large pieces of equipment and lift 100 LBS.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and on-call shifts.
- Self-motivation with a high degree of integrity and ability to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm, with on-call shifts as needed.
