We seek a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers who have already expressed interest in our services. This is a hybrid work position, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for people, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in our services.
  • Conducted inbound sales calls and responded to inquiries via email or other communication channels.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings
  • Address any questions or concerns potential customers may have
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position our products or services effectively


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
