Lodge Housekeeper

Summary of Position: This position is responsible for cleaning Land’s End Lodges to a consistently high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

1. Bring joy to our customers every day.

1. Fulfill the essential functions of a lodge/Cabin Housekeeper to Land’s End cleaning Standards.

1. Strip and remove dirty Lodge linens to collection points, after each guest stay and Remove waste to lodge dumpsters.

1. Vacuum; dust, mop, and perform other general cleaning duties as assigned.

1. Disinfect bathroom fixtures and counters, including mirrors, tubs, sinks and showers.

1. Re-stock room and kitchen amenities.

1. Re-make beds and restore lodges and cabins to Lodge housekeeping manager standards.

1. Wash accessible windows inside and out: Note: Housekeepers do not climb on ladder or chairs.

1. Re-stock cleaning caddies in unit as needed and take inventory to give a report back to Lodge manager.

1. Special detailing in Lodges include:

1. Wipe down deck furniture without rearranging furniture.

1. Dust counters, baseboards, windowsills, furniture, picture frames, plants, etc.

1. Move furniture to vacuum under it.

1. Clean kitchen area and appliances, including TV, radio, microwave, refrigerators.

1. Check that TV, fireplace, radio and lights work. Clean & disinfect TV remotes.

1. Set up any extra beds, towels, or other requests.

1. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent required.

1. Have a valid driver's license (recommended)

1. Ability to work independently or with a team.

1. Able to work around cleaning chemicals.
