Looking for experienced, Virtual Executive Assistants, who live in the United States and are available to work normal business hours, Monday - Friday. We are currently searching for EAs for several clients. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients

  • Calendar management

  • Travel management

  • Expense reporting

  • CRM management

  • Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners

  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries

  • Manage Social Media and able to navigate digital marketing processes such as newsletters and email campaigns

  • Maintain an organized electronic filing system

  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality

 

Requirements: 

 

  • MUST live in the United States
  • Must have Virtual Assistant experience

  • Must be available during normal business hours

  • Prefer 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management

  • Advanced Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Professional and polished communication skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence

  • Friendly and professional demeanor

  • Process-oriented thinking

  • Strong grammar skills

  • Tech-savvy, resourceful, and a quick learner​

  • Keen sense of discretion
