We are an Oklahoma-based, independent insurance agency with multiple branch locations that are uniquely positioned to provide all the benefits of a large corporation while maintaining a small company atmosphere and relaxed work environment. Our mission is to provide the best risk management service to our customers by attracting and retaining the very best talent in the industry. Responsibilities
  • Using your excellent problem-solving skills you will be developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and helping clients round out their accounts.
  • Your relationship-building skill set will be put to use by fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention and satisfaction.
  • With your keen attention to detail, youll be updating client information and issuing insurance documentation.
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in assisting clients with policy changes.

Requirements
  • An Active OK Property & Casualty License is Required
  • 2+ Years Commercial Lines Account Manager Experience
  • A critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver who has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Team player with professional phone and office etiquette.
  • Basic computer software knowledge including experience with Agency Management Systems.
