FSQA Lead

Foster Farms is seeking a highly skilled FSQA Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and food safety in our products.

• Assist in maintaining and enforcing USDA regulatory, corporate guidelines, and quality control programs.
• Interface with production supervisors and hourly team members on production and quality procedures.
• Work with USDA personnel to handle regulatory issues and maintain the micro-hold product program.
• Provide leadership to QA technicians regarding procedures, product quality, regulatory requirements, and corporate procedures.
• Maintain quality-reporting systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1-3 years of experience in food processing.
• Knowledge of USDA regulations, HACCP, GMPs, and SSOPs preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to rotate into various departments with varying QA-related job duties as needed.
