Exciting Marketing Assistant Internship Opportunity

We're seeking a highly curious, analytical, and critical thinker with a demonstrated interest in marketing to support our Senior Vice President of Marketing. This internship offers unparalleled real-world experience, exposure to all aspects of marketing, and the chance to develop project management, analysis, and leadership skills.

We are revolutionizing our marketing team to excel in revenue generation, client growth, retention, and digital analytics. This is a paid, 3-month Fall internship conducted in person at our Brea office, for 10-20 hours per week.


What You'll Do:

  • Participate in meetings with the CMO and SVP, acting as a note-taker, project manager, and catalyst for progress.
  • Assess budgets and results across various brands to identify growth opportunities.
  • Tackle diverse tasks, including providing detailed project plans to agencies and teams.
  • Collaborate directly with digital agencies to onboard new brands.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews for the CMO and SVP as needed.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure timely project completion.
  • Conduct competitive evaluation of pricing and promotions to spot opportunities and risks.


What We're Looking For:

  • College junior, senior, or MBA student in a Marketing or related business program.
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft & Google Suite programs.
  • Strong analytical abilities in Excel, including using pivot tables and basic formulas.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise notes.
  • A genuine passion for marketing and a keen interest in learning more.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trustworthiness with sensitive information.
