With a base pay of $9 per hour plus tips, this position provides competitive compensation in the hospitality industry.

Saddlehill Cellars isn't just a vineyard; it's a destination steeped in history and beauty. Our 70-acre oasis features enchanting vineyards and preserved farmland with roots tracing back to George Washington himself. Opened in Spring 2024, we are committed to providing a serene escape where guests can relax with a glass of wine, pick up a few bottles, or enjoy our farm-to-table dining experience.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

Shifts can vary from 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 4:30 PM - 10 PM during the week and on the weekends from 12 PM - 8 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM. Our vineyard is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a part-time Busser - Waitstaff Helper, you will be responsible for bussing tables, assisting servers with customer service needs, running food and wine, and completing various side work tasks. By delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a thorough understanding of our floor plan and table numbers, restocking and cleaning server stations, and interacting with guests, you will help ensure a seamless dining experience. With a focus on following service procedures, completing assigned side work, and sanitizing restaurant tables, you will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

• Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures

• Knowledge about safety and sanitation standards in the food and beverage industry
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to provide an outstanding dining experience

Experience as a food runner in a casual dining establishment is preferred. Bonus points if you love wine
