Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Benefits Analyst is a key person on the HR Team to provide best in class benefit service to our employees, while staying up to date on top market trends. This is a hybrid role between in office and working from home (3 days in office, 2 days at home subject to change per business needs).Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Lavergne, TN.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Responsibilities:

  • Source and design competitive benefit plans, including medical, vision, dental, HSA/FSA, legal plans, and EAP.
  • Manage 401k program in collaboration with Fidelity and assist in budgeting with Finance and HR leadership.
  • Plan and conduct Open Enrollment and New Hire Orientations.
  • Administer Leave of Absences (LOAs), including processing paperwork, making approval/denial decisions, and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Provide HRIS support, including expertise in ADP Workforce Now and ensuring accurate data entry for new hires, record changes, and terminations.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on benefits, HRIS management, and LOA administration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal leave laws and regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Working experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and difficult conversations with employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred:
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Vendor management experience
