Job Description

Credit Union in Downtown Dallas is looking for a TELLER who will be responsible for giving friendly, speedy and accurate service in person and by phone. Also assists the Call Center with calls as we attempt to make sure our members calls are answered in a timely manner. The person in this position will offer assistance to all departments and complete any other duties assigned by their supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs teller transactions at teller counter
  • Posts teller transactions for incoming mail
  • Answers the phone
  • Assists the Call Center Supervisor in balancing of Branch ATM and cash vault
  • Orders supplies when Call Center Supervisor is not available
  • Assists members with address changes, account adjustments, etc.
  • Performs ticket inventory
  • Orders Visa Check Cards and processes maintenance requests
  • Processes check orders and reorders for members
  • Mails overdraft notices to members
  • Processes ACH and Check stop payments
  • Completes ACH origination forms
  • Backs up employees at other branches as needed
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisors
Qualifications

Minimum of one year related experience

  • $18-19/hr
