Responsibilities
Client Service
- Support experienced agents in providing exceptional service.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
Policy Reviews
- Work alongside agents to conduct thorough policy reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve coverage.
Product Presentations
- Assist in educating clients about insurance options and their benefits.
Documentation
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Training and Development
- Participate actively in training sessions and workshops.
- Continuously improve insurance knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Licensing:
