Accounting Clerk

RideNow Powersports Ocala, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Accounting Clerk with a keen attention to detail to join our team in Ocala, Florida If you have an accounting background, go above and beyond to get the job done, and if you are looking for a long-term "home", where your efforts are recognized and appreciated, this opportunity may be the one for you

Responsibilities

• Enter A/R payments, A/P invoices, process vendor checks
• General Ledger reconciliations
• Post daily bank activity and totals
• Research and review store expenses
• Assist with processing title work for on road and off road units

Requirements

• 1 + year of general accounting experience
• Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, cash management, and general ledger
• The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to work well under pressure
• Vehicle title experience is a plus, not required
• Notary certification is a plus
