Summary: Responsible for preparing loan documentation for consumer, commercial and agricultural loans. Files new UCC’s and monitors existing filings.

Requirements:

Eligibility factors:

  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all loans being processed ?
  • Assures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations ?
  • Has a strong commitment and dedication to internal and external customer service ?
  • Must be extremely confidential ?
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven record of problem solving ability ?
  • Must demonstrate above average attention to detail ?
  • Coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines to insure quality service ?
  • Must be proficient in understanding and operating computer systems necessary to support Lending Division

Skills/education/experience required: Associate’s degree (AA) from a two year college or university; or related accounting, banking and loan experience and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Attention to detail necessary.
