Position Type: Contract, Per Project Basis (Paid Per Project)

Pay Rate: $22 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Job Description:

As a Restaurant Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative events for our restaurants. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, you will have the creative freedom to bring our vision to life. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Concepts Development Team and Marketing Team to develop and implement creative event concepts.
  • Support on-site event management, including setup, coordination of activities, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure profitability.
  • Embrace creativity and generate fresh ideas for events at our restaurants.
  • Cultivate relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee restaurant reservations for parties and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Handle inquiries from prospective clients and provide detailed event proposals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and event planning software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred.
