KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Recruitment and Sourcing:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for a variety of positions within SANY America.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.

· Candidate Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing necessary preparation and support.

· Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating regularly, providing feedback, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process.
  • Represent SANY America’s values and culture in all interactions with potential candidates.

· Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Provide recommendations on candidate selection and facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each role.

· Onboarding Support:

  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide necessary documentation and support to new employees during their integration into the company.

· Compliance and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to HR leadership.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate will have:

· Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or technical environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring candidates across various levels and functions.

· Skills:

  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

· Environment: Office environment with occasional travel to career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.

· Hours: Full-time position with standard office hours. Flexibility may be required to attend events or conduct interviews outside regular hours.

· Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on providing an excellent candidate experience.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Team player who can work collaboratively with HR colleagues and hiring managers.
