Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Analyst with 2-4 years of experience in government or critical infrastructure industries, specifically in land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing requirements, performing technical analyses, and providing overall program management services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Development: Develop requirements for communications and/or information technology systems from project inception to conclusion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Technical Analysis: Perform in-depth technical analysis and evaluation of communications systems, including land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications.
  • Technical Specifications: Prepare detailed technical specifications for systems, including system budgets, project timelines, and benchmarks.
  • System Optimization: Contribute to the optimization, development, and maintenance of communication systems by preparing and presenting recommendations for system improvements.
  • Program Management: Provide overall program management services, including tracking progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Make presentations and provide updates to national, state, and local officials on project progress and outcomes, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Undergraduate degree in a related field required.
    • Advanced degree, professional certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Experience:
    • At least 12 years of experience in government or critical infrastructure industry, specifically related to land mobile radio, cellular radio, microwave radio, or wireless communications.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical knowledge and experience in communications systems, including land mobile radio, cellular radio, and microwave radio.
    • Proficiency in technical analysis, project management, and system optimization.
    • Ability to prepare and present technical specifications, budgets, and project timelines.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to national, state, and local officials.
    • Strong program management skills, with the ability to coordinate resources and manage project milestones.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification in project management or a related field.
  • Experience in providing technical analysis and recommendations for large-scale communications systems.
  • Previous experience in a role that involved significant interaction with government officials or critical infrastructure stakeholders.
