Junior Designer

We are seeking a Junior Designer to join our Creative Team at Lucky 21 on a full-time basis. This is an in-person position, based in Roselle, NJ. This role will report in to our Creative Director.

Responsibilities

• The Junior Designer will be responsible for designing best-in-class e-commerce experiences, helping our clients execute "on-brand creative" and increasing conversions through user-experience design
• Create design concepts for projects based on Creative Director and Brand Managers’ direction
• Work with client assets (Brand Guidelines, PSD's, videos, etc.) to build marketing imagery
• Upload Creative designs and photography to e-commerce website
• Work with Creative Director on mentorship and growth
• Communicate with Brand Management teams to ensure creative is executed properly
• Efficiently manage multiple projects in an organized manner
• Stay up to date on design trends and best practices in e-commerce        

Qualifications:

• Link to portfolio
• 2+ years of experience in design
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Knowledge of photoshop and illustrator
• Hyper aware of design trends, especially within the e-commerce space
• Great work ethic and team player, open to feedback and collaboration
