Frontline Home Solutions, a leading local roofing company in Pharr, TX, is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing/Office Assistant to join our growing team

In this role, you will:

  • Assist the marketing team with creative projects and social media management (no prior experience necessary, we'll train you)
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.
  • Learn the in's and out's of the roofing industry alongside a supportive team.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A quick learner with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
