SIGN ON BONUS
Salary: $90,000

Our Project Manager is for the field oversight, formation and completion of HVAC Division projects that exceed $10,000 in scope and/or as deemed necessary by the HVAC Supervisor. This individual will provide support to our HVAC Division throughout all phases of the project, providing communications and scope of management to the success and efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities:
-Walk assigned projects with appropriate sales team member
- Project cost review, reporting, updating and accounting
-Provide logistics of equipment and materials in a timely manner
-Work with vendors and subcontractors as needed
-Receive signed bid proposals from sales with all necessary details
-Facilitate open communication with team and management
-Participation in project coordination meetings with both dispatch and field supervisor to review scope of work and scheduling details prior to project start
-Monitor project status, provide budget with timelines to completion, and effectively problem solve with results driven resolutions
-Seek guidance from HVAC Supervisor
-Adhere to company policy and procedures
-Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
-Associates degree or certification in project management, applied science or related field
-10 yrs. experience in the commercial HVAC industry, or equivalent training and experience
-Strong leadership, coaching, training skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Highly organized individual with diligent work ethic
-Exceptional interpersonal skills, including excellent active listening skills
-Ability collect, track and analyze large amounts of data
-Advanced problem-solving skills
-Adaptability in a face paced, rapidly growing company
-Flexibility to diverse situations and unknown variables
-Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others members of the team both within the company and externally
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics 365, Outlook, and Teams
-Understanding of smartphones, mobile applications, VoIP phones, computers, printers, copiers, and modern office technology

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
-Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
-Must be able to work on ladders, lifts and from high elevations
-Must be able to work in confined spaces
-Must be able to work in extremely hot and cold climates
-Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from office jobsites, and events
