Job Title : PMO Co-ordinator ( Billing, Allocation, Invoicing, Collections, RUS )

Job Type : W2

Experience : 5-20 years

Location : Miami, Florida

Responsibilities :

• Proven experience in successfully managing large-scale programs, particularly involving billing, allocation, invoicing, collections, and RUS.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, particularly in relation to billing and collections.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and driving performance.
• Experience with Rural Utilities Service (RUS) processes and regulations is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in managing technology-driven programs in a consulting environment.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Lead and managed cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless coordination between billing, allocation, invoicing, collections, and RUS-related processes.
• Provide regular updates on program performance, financials, risks, and progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support clients in implementing best practices that drive sustainable results.
• Ensure all programs adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science.
