Join our team as an Final Assembly Associate, where you will play a crucial role in completing the final assembly of our high-quality products. Your responsibilities will include assembling components, conducting thorough quality checks, and ensuring that our finished products meet the highest safety and performance standards before advancing to the next production stage.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and more according to directions.
  • Use pneumatic and hand tools to perform assembly tasks and complete assemblies using nuts, bolts, and screws.
  • Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
  • Able to read tape measure and follow build prints
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedure
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Works well as a productive member of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and consistent.
  • Experience in Pneumatic, Hydraulics or Electrical Systems
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required.


Travel Requirements:

  • None


Physical Requirements

  • Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.


Work Environment

  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, loud noise, and fumes which cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness.
