Our thriving Endodontic practice, located in the Allentown, PA, is looking for an experienced dental front office employee to join our team. Our team is full of long standing employees who have been with Dr. Silvaggio and the practice for many years.

**Dental Front Office experience is required.**

Schedule: Full-Time

Monday thru Friday - 7:00am to 4:30pm.

Compensation:

  • $18-$24/Hour
  • Medical
  • PTO
  • Sick Days

Dental Front Office Responsibilities:

  • Greeting all patients with a warm and welcoming smile
  • Checking in and checking out patients
  • Answering the phones in a timely and friendly manner
  • Verifying patient insurance

Requirements:

  • Previous dental front office experience (2-4 years)
  • Eaglesoft software experience is a preferred, not required
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, particularly in an endodontic healthcare setting
