Implementation Manager

The Implementation Manager is a full-time salaried project management position focused on planning, executing, and overseeing the development of new clinical scribe programs. It is a great way to gain visibility across several specialties in the inpatient and outpatient areas. In this position, individuals will build upon project management and leadership skills that are valuable for success in any professional field.
Responsibilities include:
- Initial site walkthrough
- Assess and confirm coverage needs to create an ideal staffing matrix
- Determine scribe training requirements and expectations
- Develop a site-specific plan and timeline including the shadow shifts, initial coverage, training, and anticipated completion date
- Develop training materials including site-specific terminology and clinician preferences
- Oversee the onboarding and training of new staff
- Select and train a Chief Scribe and transition from an Implementation Team to a Site-Based Team
- Biweekly/weekly meetings with the Implementation Specialists to track the progress of all the new programs
- Weekly meetings with the Senior Director, CEO, CFO and President
Individuals in this position are team-oriented, capable of training and developing staff while balancing multiple projects. A person in this role should have proficient project management skills, experience in scribe documentation and training, the ability to demonstrate leadership, organizational skills, and have a willingness to learn new client specialties.

- 6 months of prior scribe experience is preferred, although not required
- Experience in a project management role or similar is preferred, although not required
