Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Events Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about event planning and eager to contribute to the success of our events. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is looking to grow their career in event management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and transportation
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth event operations
  • Help manage event budgets and track expenses
  • Support the creation of event materials such as schedules, programs, and signage
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future events

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A positive attitude and a team player
  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus
