  • Clinical experience in pediatric nursing.
  • Knowledge of pediatric medications and their administration.
  • Understanding of growth and development milestones in pediatric patients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in pediatric emergency situations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in medical documentation.
