- Interpreting technical aspects of Use Cases, User Stories (vertical slicing), Business Processes, and UML.
- Traceability matrix.
- Experienced with SQL Server, SQL scheduling (SQL Server Integration Services), and reporting services.
- Skilled in SQL, including building and modifying scripts.
- Experienced with Stored Procedures, Functions, Database Triggers, data loading, export/import, and backup/restore.
- Knowledgeable about Relational Databases, Tables, Views, DML, and DDL.
- Proficient in data analysis.
- Experienced in creating and managing Change Requests.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaborate and build consensus.
- Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies, including the SCRUM framework and Kanban.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience in navigating and understanding programs written in .NET, VB, C#, and C++.
- Familiar with MS Azure DevOps.
- Healthcare Payer Experience.
- Understanding Enrollment, Membership processes.
- Understanding of Claims processing.
