Sound too good to be true? ProvideSure, formerly Senior Choice Plans, is looking for insurance Sales Associates to join our Indianapolis office and start immediately, with shifts available between 9am and 8pm. Open Enrollment season is just around the corner

**Please note: This is an in-office position. **

Essential Duties:

  • Provides information to customers about Medicare plans, coverage options, and determine eligibility for coverage
  • Explains the benefits of Medicare Advantage plans and how Medicare works in conjunction with private insurance policies
  • Sells Medicare Supplement, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, and Affordable Care Act policies
  • Assists customers in choosing a plan that meets their medical needs and budget
  • Guides customers through the insurance enrollment process
  • Participates in continuing education programs in insurance and sales
  • Adheres to all position-specific administrative policies, including confidentiality, non-disclosure, and program-specific material usage

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior sales or customer service skills preferred
  • Meet all requirements to obtain and maintain licensed agent status
  • Must be able to provide a release letter from previous insurance agency, if applicable
  • Able to meet multiple performance targets at or above benchmark sales levels
  • Highly effective communication skills
  • Thrives in a sales-driven environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work additional hours, as needed
