Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a dedicated Desktop Support I professional to join our team onsite in Wauwatosa, WI. This is a hands-on role focused on providing exceptional technical support and ensuring the optimal performance of all PC hardware and equipment. Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for PC hardware and software, including Windows 10, Office 365, and other enterprise applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer operating systems and images.
- Troubleshoot and support peripherals, including printers and smartphones.
- Respond to and resolve user requests, incidents, and problems through ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Set client expectations, prioritize and escalate support incidents based on business impact.
- Maintain current knowledge of core hardware standards and new technologies.
- Participate in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
**Technical Skills:**
- Maintenance and support of workstations, printers, and peripherals
- Understanding of Client/Server environments
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Windows OS, Office suite)
- Familiarity with SCCM imaging software
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities

**General Requirements:**
- Basic understanding of business practices
- Ability to work in high-stress environments
- Initiative and ownership in resolving technical issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- 6 months to 5 years of experience supporting end users in a corporate environment (IT schooling considered as experience)
- A+ certification preferred, but not required
