We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Service Technician responsible for the diagnosis and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, evaporative condensers, ice machines, water pumps, compressors, air handlers, electric motors, and HVAC units.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on the same equipment to ensure optimal operating efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Willingness and ability to travel throughout Eastern MA as needed.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HVAC/R.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve quality results.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
  • Good driving record and valid State Driver's License.
  • Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Understands the need for integrity and demonstrates awareness of ethical implications in all situations.
