Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including setting goals, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
