  • Daily Cash Report.
  • Five-Day Cash Forecast & various related schedule updates.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Journal Entries (Sage Intacct)
  • Fixed Assets (Asset Edge)
  • Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
  • Statutory Reporting.
  • Other Key Financial Responsibilities.

What You’ll Need:

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Five years’ experience in the financial/accounting field.
  • Prior experience in the energy or HVAC industry is ideal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office package (Teams, Outlook, Word, Power Point, etc.)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary.
  • Sage Intacct experience (preferred, not required)
  • Cargas Energy experience (preferred, not required)
  • Proven ability to meet work environment demands and maintain the utmost attention to detail while adhering to tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Proficient at using accounting software and ERP systems, able to adapt to emerging technology and provide leadership on finance issues while maximizing productivity.
