Responsibilities:
- Support and execute strategic customer service initiatives and promotional activities.
- Monitor weekly goals and analyze monthly results to identify additional opportunities and understand the competition.
- Participate in training programs and apply acquired skills to deliver exceptional results.
- Communicate professionally with peers, clients, and management.
- Plan and coordinate events to enhance customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Employee duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above tasks. Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by the supervisor.
