About This Role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for recruiting and talent acquisition within the Human Resources department. Day to day work will be managing candidate pipelines for field and corporate roles, as well as working with a team to streamline the talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate is looking for a company in which to grow and expand their skills long-term. They have a passion for our company values and finding the best talent to fill available roles.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive recruiting while working collaboratively with hiring managers to understand their departments so that you can source and screen candidates effectively

• Implement effective sourcing strategies in collaboration with hiring teams to identify top talent and build a talent network

• Source candidates using various means/tools for a variety of types of positions

• Generate excitement with candidates and help identify strong fit within our company culture

• Master and find ways to evolve recruitment processes to find high quality talent for all positions

• Any other duties assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2-3 years with community outreach, customer service, HR administration or in a similar role

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Calendar management

• 1-2 years prior Talent Acquisition experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
