We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Janitorial Supervisor to join our team on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in janitorial services, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.




Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff during the 3rd shift to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.

- Train new janitorial team members and provide ongoing guidance to enhance performance.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and client expectations.

- Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain proper stock levels.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.

- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or janitorial staff.
