Pay and Benefits: $29.58/hour. This is a full-time position.

Are you an experienced manufacturing operator, looking for a stable and reliable organization with a defined growth path? Our production team is looking for an operator who can complete all phases of batch processing and packaging. Other requirements are:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment.
- Computer skills (DCS, SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Understanding of process equipment regarding function and assisting maintenance in feedback to maintain the equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors, sit, stand, squat, climb ladders, operate a forklift, and follow all Personal Protective Equipment (must be able to wear respirators) guidelines.
- Good basic math skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Work safely and follow all policies and procedures;
- Staging and charging of raw materials and completion of all associated documentation
- Loading finished product into tank trucks, drums, totes, and other packaging
- Accurately weighing and recording material charges and times on documents and in the database
- Support plant EHS, Maintenance, and Utility personnel as directed by management may require moving pallets using a forklift (empty, raw material or product) and movement of drums, hoses, and valve operation, including opening and closing manual valves
- Use a Distributive Control System (DCS) to move materials and increase production efficiency
- Assist in housekeeping requirements of the building/plant
- Identify and report unsafe conditions immediately;
- Check equipment for unsafe unusual conditions and report findings to maintenance;
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area;
- Other duties as assigned.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to high, precarious places.
