Mezzanine is looking for the next member of our quickly growing management team  Masgay Group is one of the fastest growing hospitality groups in the state of Wisconsin, with no ceiling for growth and advancement. Individuals holding this title will be responsible for leading a team while cooking exceptional dishes via the direction of the Culinary Director. Employees in this position will be required (but not limited) to performing the tasks listed.

 

  • Develop and lead kitchen staff
  • Inventory and order food items and other various supplies
  • Maintain the integrity of and matching the company standards of operation
  • Facilitate systems to prioritize a clean and safe work environment
  • Ensure the proper stocking, rotation, and preparation of every station
  • Learn and perform all opening and closing tasks to the highest standard
  • Develop staff to learn new techniques and dishes
  • Work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude and being a true leader
  • Maintain proper COGS and Labor percentages
