Job Summary
Nature Coast Living is seeking a hardworking and reliable General Construction Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing various components to ensure project completion, including tile, drywall, paint, framing, toilets, tubs, plug-and-play electrical, minor plumbing (such as installing faucets and shower heads), vanities, cabinets, and cabinet hardware. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with extensive home renovation knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Stamina and strength to stand, walk, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.

  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward completing tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Understanding of and commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate potential hazards on construction sites.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors, contractors, and other team members.
  • Strong communication skills to ensure clear and effective interactions with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction projects.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to job sites.
  • Relevant certifications in construction, safety, or specific trades (preferred but not required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
  • Vocational training or apprenticeships in construction-related fields (preferred but not required).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
