Aftermarket Sales Representative

Responsibilities:· The Technical Inside Sales Rep will answer telephone and e-mails related to incoming leads; process RFQs and pass on technical questions to application engineers.· Call outside sales reps who work the project with the client and support them with quotes, technical and marketing information.•Develop product knowledge on valves and gates.•People-focused: be ready to answer questions and provide support when called on.•TEAM player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must•This will be a great fit for a detail oriented, multi tasker who can stick to deadlines.
Ideal Experience:The ideal candidate will have a motivation for inside sales and have 3 - 5 years of inside sales experience in a technical environment, preferably in flow control products. Must have excellent interpersonal skills (phone and email) and be computer literate in a high-paced office environment.
Qualifications:
· Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (Required)· Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in a technical discipline (preferred)· Experience with CRM systems (preferred)· Ability to read and understand drawings& · A strong understanding of an industrial manufacturing environment· Well-organized with excellent oral and written communication skills
Schedule:•8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
