Are you a seasoned Sourcing Engineer with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes?
We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead critical projects in supplier development, cost reduction, and process improvement within our purchasing department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and continuous improvement of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sourcing and supply chain projects, focusing on supplier development, cost reduction, and process optimization.
  • Apply statistical knowledge to enhance manufacturing processes and supply chain efficiency.
  • Source materials and products, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate project timelines and communicate issues promptly.
  • Conduct cost-based analysis and evaluate supplier capabilities.
  • Perform inventory analysis and manage ERP processes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and manufacturing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field required).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desired due to the international nature of the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Willingness to relocate to the Fayetteville, AR area if not already local.
